We deliver orders across Pakistan through reliable courier partners.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery throughout Pakistan, including major cities, smaller cities, and selected remote areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on the courier's coverage.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities: 3–5 working days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before your order is confirmed.

Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotions, or orders above a specified amount.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders, the customer must pay the confirmed order amount directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

For COD orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, city, and complete delivery address are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment through our courier partner.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the order, or repeated unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delays

Although we do our best to deliver orders on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, strikes, security conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
